Case Communication Reps Needed
We have a full-time openings in our Case Communications department for individuals that can multitask and work in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls from class members involved in class action cases in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
- Read and understand current cases to provide accurate information to class members regarding general case information, class member’s legal rights and options, case deadlines, dates and protocol.
- Effectively use training materials and follow company procedures for answering incoming calls with minimal supervision.
- Complete follow-up tasks to ensure class member issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of bilingual customer service, call center, or legal experience
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to listen carefully and probe for additional details to gather information
- Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly
- Ability to learn new information rapidly and independently
- Ability to work effectively a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to use computer systems in a Windows based environment
