Casaiberia's Eastern Europe Roadshow: Expanding Real Estate Horizons in Prague, Warsaw, Munich, and Budapest!

Today me and Elza Lopes as CEO′s from Casaiberia will embark on an exciting 11-day roadshow across four key European cities: Prague, Warsaw, Munich, and Budapest. This journey represents a strategic effort to explore new opportunities for partnerships and clients, expanding our real estate business into Eastern Europe.

Kicking off on September 16th in Prague, we will host a seminar in collaboration with Philip & Frank, a leading real estate firm. The event will focus on Portugal’s real estate market, in association with “The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.” This seminar, set against the picturesque backdrop of Prague’s historic center, aims to highlight investment opportunities in Portugal and foster connections with local industry professionals.

Next, Casaiberia will participate in the “Live in Portugal” Real Estate Workshop at the Hotel Grandior. Organized by the Polish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, this workshop provides a platform for in-depth discussions on market trends, investment opportunities, and the benefits of Portuguese real estate. This event offers a chance to establish new business relationships and explore collaborative ventures in the Czech market.

After just 48 hours, we will head to Warsaw for another “Live in Portugal” workshop. Building on last year’s success, our goal is to reconnect with established contacts, form new partnerships, and further promote Portugal as a prime destination for real estate investment. This workshop will provide an opportunity to showcase the latest developments in the Portuguese property market and attract new buyers.

A brief stop in Munich will follow, where we will meet with business partners and strategize future collaborations. Munich’s dynamic economy presents opportunities for expanding Casaiberia’s network in the German-speaking market.

Finally, the roadshow will culminate in Budapest at the prestigious Global Symposium organized by LeadingRE. As one of the featured speakers, I will share insights on global market trends and best practices. The event will be a significant opportunity for networking with top professionals in the industry.
