Who says caroling has to be old-fashioned? In 2023, Salisbury Country Club Ltd. kicked off a fun new holiday tradition with its “Cart Caroling” event, and it’s a hit with everyone—from families and couples to groups of friends. A few days before Christmas, members decorate their golf carts, grab some hot chocolate, and cruise the course, singing carols for nearby neighbors. It’s a simple yet festive way to get members in the holiday spirit and create memories that last a lifetime.?
How It Works
Members are encouraged to decorate their golf carts with lights and decorations (with a prize for the best-decorated cart!). The club provides lights to get everyone started and hands out caroling packets so nobody misses a verse. Staff buffer carts keep the music going, and the hot chocolate station is the perfect cozy kickoff. Even the neighborhood gets in on the fun—residents step outside to enjoy the impromptu concert as the carolers roll by.
