Responsibilities for C2B Associate -

• Responsible for facilitating transactions between consumers and the platform
• Ensuring a smooth buying experience
• Managing customer queries
• Providing assistance with online car purchases
• Coordinating finance and insurance options
• Preparation, bidding and post approval process for online auctions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth sourcing operations.

Responsibilities for Content Editor -

• Ensure all content aligns with the established style guide, correcting grammar, punctuation and syntax errors
