Cars, Footy,......Safety

Had the pleasure of chatting to Kevin Jones from Safetyatwork.blog last week. One of the things that I enjoyed was being able to discuss safety in an informal way. We had coffee and muffins and talked about some of the things we have both seen that work and don't work in the workplaces we have visited over the years. It was almost like a chat about footy or motorbikes or cars.

I think this is one of the key messages in safety, make it a part of our normal way of doing things and communicating and don't separate it from everything else we do.

We also touched on mental health and how my physical injuries impacted on me and my family.
