I have "done well" the last calendar year. Why? I kept going when no one else would have through impossible circumstances. I made a lot of mistakes but I went at what I did with nuclear level energy and great attitude most days all day.
My hard work will really pay off the next 6 months and I will see an incredible break through. How do I know this? I have stared into the abyss more than anyone can imagine and stared it down, come out fighting, and created something from nothing every single time!
Other the other hand I have been impatient and threatening and shown favoritism. Especially to one person that has never seen a consequence from me. That ends today! You can love people and still get their attention.
