Welcome Carrie Ann Myers, EdS, MPA , Women in CyberSecurity - WiCyS North Al 's new secretary! Carrie Ann is the Training Manager at Axient with over 20 years of experience in the education industry, including K-12, higher education, and corporate learning and development. Her expertise in instructional design and value-added learning programs has allowed her to present at local, state, and national conferences on best practices in engaging and motivating learners. As an adept leader and team player, she has led multiple teams to achieve success. Carrie Ann is also an adjunct professor and currently pursuing her EdD at Alverno College.

Carrie Ann is the Training Manager for Axient.? She has 20+ years’ experience in education realm including K-12, higher education and corporate learning and development. Within this industry she has over 10 years’ experience authoring and implementing value-added learning programs that accomplish business objectives for both internal and external stakeholders. Carrie Ann has presented at local, state and national conferences on best practices in learning and instructional design, engaging and motivating learners, and using data to determine next steps.?
Carrie Ann is a personable, motivational leader and team player who has led multiple teams while coordinating with subject matter professionals to drive effectiveness and achieve success. She is also an adjunct professor at a local university and is adept at teaching in various modalities.
Carrie Ann earned her MA and EdS in Educational Leadership from the University of Alabama, Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida Atlantic University. She is currently pursuing her EdD at Alverno College focusing on Higher Education, Adult Teaching and Learning.
