Carrickfergus Marina Site Investigation

I'm very pleased to see Causeway Geotech and Ocean Crest Marine at work taking boreholes and sediment sampling in Carrickfergus Marina in support of Mid and East Antrim Borough Council's planned maintenance dredging works. The sediment samples will be tested for contamination status prior to licence application to DAERA. The weather has been kind so far, but next week may be more challenging for marine works.
