Carlton Spotlight: Greg Vetrano

This October, we are thrilled to shine the Carlton Spotlight on Greg Vetrano, our Senior Technical Recruiter in Software/Hardware at Carlton National Resources .

Greg has been an integral part of the Carlton team for over 13 years. His dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to our mission have played a pivotal role in our success.

In his role, Greg excels at managing challenges and building relationships. As a recruiter in the highly competitive software and hardware industries, Greg embraces every challenge, knowing that growth comes through overcoming obstacles. He credits his success to Carlton’s strong support system and collaborative environment. “We have a great team around us, and we’re lucky to be able to rely on one another to help guide us through any challenges that come our way,” Greg notes. His positive mindset allows him to approach every situation with confidence and determination.

Reflecting on his time at Carlton, Greg is most proud of his long-term contribution to the company’s growth. “Being part of Carlton for 13 years has been a blessing,” Greg says. “I’ve had the privilege of learning,?and watching the company grow and evolve and I’m honored to have played a role in its success. What Fred and Jerry have built, while staying true to themselves, is truly?inspiring.”

Greg’s passion for his work is deeply rooted in gratitude. When asked how he stays motivated and inspired, Greg reflects, “I stay grateful and appreciative for the opportunity to work each day and make a living.” This mindset fuels his drive, helping him consistently perform at a high level and bring value to his clients and candidates.

Outside of the office, Greg has a creative side. He is in the process of building his own clothing line,?WILL-V. His entrepreneurial spirit is just one example of how Greg channels his passion into multiple areas of his life. Whether in recruitment or clothing, Greg’s dedication and creativity shine through.
