April is National Internship Month and Carlton National Resources is thrilled to share the empowering experiences and opportunities our internship program offers!

Internships at Carlton are not just about completing tasks; they're about growth, learning, and making meaningful contributions. Our program is designed to provide hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of Shared Services, Life Sciences, and Software and Hardware, giving interns the chance to work on real projects and collaborate with experienced professionals.

One of the key aspects of our internship program is mentorship. Interns are paired with seasoned professionals who guide and support them throughout their internship journey. This mentorship not only helps interns navigate their roles but also provides valuable insights into their respective industries.

We firmly believe in providing interns with a comprehensive learning experience. In addition to their daily tasks, interns have the opportunity to participate in training sessions, business meetings and networking events. These experiences not only enhance their skills but also help them build a professional network that can benefit them in their future careers.

Ky’ara Jean , a recent intern within our Shared Services Team says, "My internship at Carlton National Resources definitely paved the way for my career choice. Prior to my role as social media and marketing intern for Carlton, I had an interest in Marketing but never pursued it. Once I met Norm Cosgrove at the Florida Atlantic University Career Fair and learned about the opportunities at Carlton I took the leap and the rest is history. Robert (Bobby) Brown was amazing to work with and I enjoyed collaborating with him on ideas throughout the year I spent as an intern.?I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Marketing and I believe that my internship solidified my passion for marketing!"
