Ed Bastian Was very disappointed on my last trip. Delta promotes the delta care standards requiring masks through out whole trip. However the Atlanta based crew from Atlanta to John Wayne dl 0778 on Jan 31 turned a blind eye and didn’t follow the mask requirement enforcement for one passenger seated in 19a as soon as that passenger boarded flight with mask once we closed boarding door, the passenger had his mask off entire 4 hour flight and the crew didn’t tell him anything which is unfair to us remaining 100 and something passengers who were compliant. Being they are Atlanta based the crew should of immediately told the passenger about delta regulations and if passenger still refused then they need to be banned from future air travel. I’m very concerned as i don’t know if that passenger infected the whole flight with coronavirus and this definitely needs to be investigated

Ed -- Nice overview about what you and your Delta staff are doing to make travel safe and comfortable. I look forward to talk with your staff about future possibilities of COVID testing before boarding at the airport for passengers using the new Apollo Medco "COVID CleanPass" testing system. One system can test 300 people per hour and report results within 15 minutes. LET'S GET EVERYONE FLYING AND TRAVELING AGAIN!

Thanks Ed Bastian for all you and your team do. I have never felt safer in the skies than I have before since returning to the skies. I am on about flight 20 since Aug when I started traveling again. Just had the worst experience ever with Delta, and the trip hasn’t even started yet. I will be looking into flying other airlines at the first of the year. I booked a flight for my wife and I. For a final trip just her and I before our little girl is born. I knew booking this trip may be a little different I called the elite member line. Explained what I wanted to do. They helped me even tried to book the flights right then. At that moment we were mixed between which flights we wanted to take. That night we booked everything. Since then I have called 4 times and get told something different each time. I am being upgraded while she is not. Our booking is supposed to be together what is going on? Why can one fix it/ make changes but another can’t? Why on every other flight we have been on together this is not an issue? Why is it not an issue on another flight I am taking with a family member in December just these flights?
