Women are an integral part of our society. As we can see, there have been many popular and successful women in our country and all over the world. A few decades ago, there was a time when women were meant to be in the kitchens cooking or doing the household chores, managing the house and kids and leading a proper balanced life within the boundaries set by men. But, when we look at today’s women, they are on the binge with the fast moving generation. They are going places. Women are taking the world by a spree and ruling different sectors of business in the most fascinating ways possible. The women who were found cooking a perfect dinner, who were appreciated and remembered for the taste they put into their foods are now appreciated for cracking tough business deals and strategizing the perfect plots for a business empire to run and become successful eventually. The journey of evolution i.e. from the Kitchens queens to the company’s management positions is amusing and trust me you will never have an idea about the evolutionary change it has brought onto us and our society.
There is a striking gender gap in leadership positions across our society. Women represent only 5% of Fortune 500 CEOs, only 15% of executive officers at those companies, less than 20% of professors at the universities, and only 6% of partners in venture capital firms.?Scholars of this?equality gap suggest that some of the explanation relates to how people perceive and react to women in our society – the gender-based discrimination we so often read about in the news, which is propagated by both men and women differently. Women receive fewer job offers when compared to men and lower starting salaries, and are more likely to encounter challenges to, and uncertainty of their ideas and abilities.

In this article, I will be trying to bring out the advantages of women operating the business rather than to focus on the burning topics of Women Empowerment, and how these corporate queens have successfully moulded themselves into the hush-and-bush of the corporate world.
I will be writing and sharing about some of my experiences – as to why women are equally great at business.
Women are the best management gurus in the world: There is no argument to be made in this statement. Because the best example of a management lies right inside our homes- MOTHERS. No matter, what the situation is, she always comes up with the best solution. Women keeps the track record of each and every resource utilized in the home. From groceries to veggies- women are a hardcore analyst of maintaining the inventory. Management is incomplete without adding that personal touch to it. A woman is an epitome of love, empathy, and the best problem solver. These are the management skills every company looks for when they are hiring people for management positions.
Consider how a women manages the needs and necessities of every family member and if she can analyze and maintain everyday life without any hiccups, then she can manage a staff of any number. If she can understand and manage different minds then trust me managing a family is an easy game for her to play. Her vision is broad. She is a super recruiter, securing your family’s future would be a mere task for her. A woman knows the importance of love and care with which a family must be nurtured under, hence we can say that she will be more empathetic towards her staff. The essential quality required for a good HR Manager.
If a women can cope up with family finances, she does this very realistically on a daily basis, and also micro manages the funds, saves and invests in beneficial sectors. Then can’t the same women deal with the fanatic number of transactions in her company. Of course, she can! So never underestimate a women who deals with million-dollar businesses anymore.

A woman which confides both business and personal care is a great combination in itself. Sharing the best and worst experiences, leading her through your achievements and failure, she’ll always be at your back. She’ll always be the one to count on. She has seen both the sides of the coin, she will be a better person to understand you rather than judging you.
A solid workplace balance: A company cannot work until and unless it has got the balances right. She is the one who manages the homely affairs and she can be that same crazy persona who cracks the deals in the boardroom. Every women know that the very element that is required to balance these two are totally different but they somehow manage to pull it off without any difficulty. Right from empowering teams, playing on the front foot, keeping up with the expectations of both family and business requires a hell lot of patience, power and guts. And all these qualities make her no less than a real life “Wonder Woman”.
Women have the abilities to handle the critical aspects of any decisions in a workplace. So, when she can handle a deal worth millions, dare not judge her poorly when it comes to handling a business empire as a whole. Women can significantly contribute to any workforce.
So, basically marrying a businesswoman should not smash your male ego. In fact, she’ll be the one who’ll understand both personal and professional aspects of your life. She’ll not only encourage you to deal with your failure but will be happy to be a part of your journey.
Merely giving a talk and sharing views regarding women empowerment or debating topics like “Men and Women are equal” is not enough. I have seen a number of guys giving such big-shot talks when in public but when it comes to reality, he is different.
Last but not least, I would like to conclude that no women in the world will ever judge you differently, no matter how good or bad you are in your professional life. Because she has been under that hood both in her personal and professional life and she knows what it feels to be like that. Down the line, every business must prefer hiring more woman because she is both caring and daring in every sense possible.

Difficulties / problems / obstacles should be taken as a challenge on the contrary and with multiplied accelerated much more mightier enthusiasm , eternal energy & divine eternal wisdom all negatives should be converted in to positives with heightened performance / achievement levels. We should try to follow " TRY & TRY AGAIN UNTIL WE SUCCEED , Like tiny little but extremely courageous dare devil divine ANT " .

We grow up listening , reading about the valour of Jhansi Rani but unfortunately we juxtapose ourselves with stereo type rheoteric about women after we grow up . Quite silently it slips our mind that a female tigress is more dangerous and tends to go the extra mile to feed its kids than a male one .

7 年Well said Kavya ??, Wounding is often caused by staying around a group of ?? high toxic serpents! Wisdom is ?? by identifying them asap and ignore such people away sooner rather later, after getting wounds to be well hygenic and to sustain healthy connections. Impressed by your observation ??
