This painting was another challenge for me as it took me away from the airbrush and back to hand painting. Remember, I started out in Oils and seem to take all my paintings to that depth. They do not feel complete until I do! I used white sable brushes with acrylics and it felt so good to actually feel the canvas again and play with the medium allowing more artistic freedom.
I believe this is my first acrylic portrait hand brushed and I feel pretty good about it!
