• Organize tasks and errands that need to be done on behalf of your older adult through a shared calendar. Members of the care team can sign up to help get things done.
• Communicate in the journal to track progress, doctor's visits, and other important information. Upload photos and other documents.
• Add the services of a Licensed Social Worker who has extensive training and decades of experience in advising and supporting people as they care for an aging friend or relative.
• Look up Minnesota resources that are compiled by professionals using feedback from their older adult clients and caregivers.
