Be Careful with Staff Cuts!
Underperforming Employees - And how NOT to deal with them...
Victorian surgeon Robert Liston once amputated a leg in under 150 seconds. Unfortunately the patient died, and during the operation Liston slashed the coat tails of a spectator who died of shock and accidentally amputated the fingers of his assistant, who died of gangrene.
This remains the only operation on record with a 300% mortality rate. Make sure you don't chase the record when you're making staff cuts!!
