Transactions Specialist (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Job Description:

As Transactions Specialist III, you will be responsible for the Reconciliation function within ARP/Disbursement Services.

Balance all adjustments and paid checks using SMS against DDA Work as part of a team and will be assigned individual responsibilities within that team. Contribute to meeting the team’s goals and be a team player Make judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations to supervisors

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong Microsoft Excel skills Comprehend and communicate in English and translate adjustment and paid check information that is contained on image documents to the system displayed information Compare and verify data capture and data represented on screen Determine customer payment intentions when faced with varying information Stay focused during repetitive tasks Follow prescribed procedures.
