#CareerFocused Tip of the Month: Envision The Year

What is the VISION for your career in 2023? By ENVISIONING your career and DREAMING BIG in advance, you can create intentional focus and impact.

For this month's #CareerFocused Tip, I invite you to Envision The Year.

Inspired by Eleanor Roosevelt, I want to encourage you all to invest in your future: "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”

I truly believe in the power of visualization and manifestation. Science shows us that by creating an assimulation in your mind of what you want to accomplish, when you get into the nitty gritty and "create" the scenario, your mind and body feel it... as if it has already happened.

I've been wondering lately... Why did we stop REALLY dreaming? When did we revert to playing small? In 2023, it's time to make BOLD choices to ENVISION YOUR CAREER and the limitless posibilities of what YOU want, not what society deems to be "successful".

Simply put, when you put intentionality into a plan, and then work backwards to build a gameplan, your goals can & will become a reality.

As you look to Envision Your Career this year, take a moment to reflect and ask yourself these questions:

1. What do you want to let go of or release this year in order to make room for new growth and opportunities?
2. What new habits or routines do you want to adopt this year to support your growth and well-being?
3. What values or principles do you want to guide your actions this year?
4. What environment do you need to be in to set yourself up for success?
5. What time of the day are you most productive?

PRO-TIP: Set a monthly calendar invite for yourself during your productivity windows and call it "(Insert Your Name) Dreaming Big Sync!" This will support you remain accountable and allow you to make tweaks along the way too!
