Received My First (But Not Last) DevOps Certification

Last week Friday I passed my first DevOps certification . I received the free training and certification voucher through the Ohio Individual Microcredential Assistance Program (IMAP). This is a state workforce development training program.

This is not the first time getting training and certified ?Here is the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult Program and Career One-Stop information where you can search by zip code to find your nearest workforce training program.

Free Workforce Training

The Presidential Innovations Fellows Program is still accepting applications from now through June 23, 2023. If you’re an American citizen who can obtain a public trust clearance, then you should check this out. In addition, the pay would be GS-15 which starts at $155,000 in Washington, DC.

Accenture + Immersive Labs Partner to Train Entry-Level Cybersecurity Jobs. Accenture reports that there are over 4 million entry-level cyber positions that aren’t filled. The CyberMillion website is offering free training. You must create a strong password in order to register. The program may also offer job placement so check it out here.

You must also schedule your exam by June 18, 2023. All exam vouchers must be used by June 30, 2023.?
