The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Community Builders program applications are now open. Now through January 20, 2025, submit 4 technical content links for consideration.

Tip – This is not entry-level nor for someone who is not AWS certified. When I got accepted into the program in May 2021, I had AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Solutions Architect Associate certifications.

Discounted Certification

All Okta certifications will be USD $50 from now through January 31, 2025. If you’re interested in cloud security and identity and access management, take advantage of this discounted rate throughout January.

Free Training

Andrew Brown’s FREE Generative AI Bootcamp Prep

Andrew will be hosting a FREE Generative AI bootcamp. As preparation, he has posted a FREE 23-hour generative AI Freecodecamp video so that you can acquire the necessary skills for success.

This is a big deal because there aren’t too many current free generative AI trainings out there. Even if you’re not registering for Andrew’s free bootcamp, check out this free Freecodecamp video to sharpen your skills.

Oracle Cloud

Over Christmas 2024 break, I have learned that all three FREE 2024 Oracle Cloud Foundations Associate certifications will expire February 13, 2025. I have also learned that there will be a new Oracle 23ai data professional certification debuting in 2025. Remember, OCI is the #5 cloud provider so these early retirements are big news! If you’re studying to pass your OCI Foundations Associate, OCI Data Foundations Associate or OCI AI Foundations Associate please pass these 2024 certifications before February 13, 2025.
