Oracle + AWS Partner on Oracle Database@AWS

Coming on the heels of Oracle Cloud’s Azure and Google Cloud partnerships, AWS is partnering with Oracle for Oracle Database@AWS. This new product will let you run Oracle databases onto AWS Bedrock generative AI product.

This is a big move because AWS was the last of the Big 3 cloud providers to partner with Oracle Cloud. Multi-cloud is here because companies and their clients use more than one cloud provider. For instance, what if your company uses AWS but you’ve landed a client that uses Oracle Cloud. Now, the Oracle Database@AWS solves this problem.

This Oracle Database@AWS may find its way onto the 1Z0-1123-24 Multi-cloud Architect Associate future exam. I have the Multi- Cloud Architect Associate and have had Oracle Database@Azure on my exam. If you’re planning on passing this certification exam, consider studying Oracle Database@Azure, Oracle Database@GCP and Oracle Database@AWS. ?

Oracle Reports First Zettascale Supercomputer

Oracle Cloud World conference is happening right now. PR Newswire has reported that Oracle Cloud is now accepting orders for its AI zettascale supercomputer. Zettasclae definition is producing 10^ (21 power) double precision (64-bit) computing power.

I am bringing this to your attention because start to see the word zettascale very soon in the future. You have gigabyte, terabyte, petabyte, and exabyte.

Amazon Upgrades Alexa to Claude AI

Here on LinkedIn, it is reported that Amazon has replaced Alexa’s AI operating system with Claude AI. Amazon + Anthropic have had a strategic partnership. This is a big deal for Amazon to outsource its own AI to another company; but, hey, Claude AI.

ServiceNow New Xanadu Release

Tuesday ServiceNow debuted its new Xanadu release. The company promotes its AI capabilities. ServiceNow is a prominent ITSM (IT service management) software program.
