When and how did you decide to join Swarovski?

I was working for a multinational company in Bulgaria when I met my now-husband. We decided to move to Poland, and I was on the lookout for new opportunities. When a job opening came up at Swarovski, I knew it would be a perfect match with my ambitions and expectations – and I was right!

What did you do in your previous position at Swarovski?

Initially, I handled customer service inquiries for the Iberia market. After nine months, I transitioned to a part-time Quality Auditor role. I assessed our customer service communications and offered feedback and recommendations to our agents. I also supported with creating training materials and delivering training sessions.

What are you doing in your current position at Swarovski?

I create and maintain knowledge articles for ServicePoint. I review articles, analyze content, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. I take a holistic approach to projects, focusing on enhancing the portal content and experience for users.?

I have recently joined the Global Business Services Management Team and will be helping develop ServicePoint as a self-service platform for colleagues.

How did this career move within Swarovski happen?

I realized I had aspirations to develop in a different direction. While working in the customer service department I applied for my current role, which turned out to be an excellent fit. I am always seeking to learn more, take on new responsibilities, and master areas that can enrich my skills and fuel my potential.

What does career mean to you?

To me, my career is a dynamic journey that connects me with opportunities and growth. It involves exploring my abilities and aspirations while embracing change. Ultimately, my career is my path towards becoming a true professional.
