August 30th was my birthday. It was a special day but even more special because the #YOUGOTTHIS campaign and video came out.

The #YOUGOTTHIS campaign is very dear to my heart because this message is for everyone! Life is a journey and nobody said it was going to be easy. There will be times when we struggle; times when we feel that we just can't go on because we feel powerless, voiceless, lonely, insecure, doubtful, beaten down, defeated, fearful, broken, and small.

But we can turn this around. You can turn this around.

Many people say, "Shelly, you are so confident!" But it hasn't always been that way and I still have those "tough" moments. But, now I know those moments are "purposeful" moments and will pass.
