Career Progression at Alcumus

Here at Alcumus we are passionate about developing our employees and seeing them move successfully through roles. We spoke to Morgan Roberts, Technical Team Manager for SafeContractor, who told us his story.

My name is Morgan Roberts and I’m the Technical Team Manager for Alcumus SafeContractor.

Alcumus is a fantastic place to work with plenty of opportunities for individual growth and progression internally.

I’ve worked at Alcumus for the last seven and a half years and I’ve had numerous roles within that time.

I began my career in the customer care department, supporting our customers with any queries they may have in relation to the SafeContractor product.

After customer care I moved across into the audit department where I spent the next 3 and a half years as a Technical Support Officer, before moving into the audit position. Both roles allowed me to support our customers through the audit process with the aim of gaining accreditation with SafeContractor. The experience gained during this time allowed me to progress into my current position as the Technical Team Manager for SafeContractor.

As you can see from my journey, Alcumus invests a huge amount of time and effort into it’s people, allowing them to become the best they can be.
