Career Opportunity for Executive Assistant bilingual speaker (Arabic & English)- GBI Qatar Office
Key Responsibilities : (including but not limited to)
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Welcome and greet clients and office guests
- Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related events
- Answer and send out faxes as needed
- Schedule travel arrangements
- Manage communication of information in and out of the office
- Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships
Qualifications & Experience :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the similar role
- Paralegal/ Legal background is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite including: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. and other administrative programs
- Outstanding communicator, both orally and written
- Bilingual in English and Arabic
- Excellent command of English, verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
- Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and exceptional organization skills
- Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
