Construction Lead

Reporting to the Head of Construction Paul Greene , the Construction Lead will be responsible for driving the LDA’s Construction delivery. The Construction Lead role as a critical support to growing that number to meet our goals. This role is a member of the management team for the overall construction team and will have people management responsibilities

Site Manager

The role offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a wide range of transformative residential and regeneration projects across the country through the development life cycle.? The ideal candidate will have all necessary technical and commercial acumen required in delivering landmark projects, but importantly will need to be a team player with the drive, work ethic and adaptability to respond to the exciting challenges of the LDA mandate.

Excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with 3 + years’ experience to join the Land Development Agency. The Site Manager will be a part of the Construction Team and assist in the day-to-day management of matters pertaining to the construction, technical and operational stages of a Project.

Careers in focus

My days are busy and varied, working across the development process with focus on the construction phase. I particularly enjoy the regular site visits, witnessing the projects coming out of the ground and the variety of construction techniques and innovations being implemented

About The Land Development Agency The Land Development Agency (LDA) is a key Government Commercial Semi-State Body that delivers social and affordable housing on State and other lands. The LDA is currently advancing work on more than 20 State lands sites, with the capacity to deliver more than 5,000 homes. It is also delivering affordable housing by working with the private sector on an initiative called ‘Project Tosaigh’, which will yield a further 5,000 homes.
