Construction Manager
The Construction Manager role offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to lead a wide range of transformative residential and regeneration projects across the country through the development life cycle.? The ideal candidate will have all necessary technical and commercial acumen required in delivering landmark projects, but importantly will need to be a team player with the drive, work ethic and adaptability to respond to the exciting challenges of the LDA mandate.
Minimum 15 years’ experience, degree-qualified, strong development management, planning, and construction knowledge, excellent communication, governance, commercial awareness, and teamwork skills.
Site Manager
This role of Site Manager offers an exciting opportunity to oversee transformative residential and regeneration projects nationwide. The Site Manager will support construction, technical, and operational project stages, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. Responsibilities include site supervision, contractor coordination, reporting, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
Candidates must have relevant degree, three years of experience in site or project management, and knowledge of safety regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.

Careers in focus - Clongriffin / Cluain Ghrífín
????? Work is underway on a major development in Clongriffin Town, Dublin 13 on the development 408 A-rated one, two and three-bed apartments are being built as part of the initial development phase.
?????????? Landscaped courtyard gardens, a roof terrace, a 1,433 square metre public park and a creche will also be delivered, while community and cultural spaces will be provided on the ground floors of both apartment blocks. A new street called Market Street will be fully pedestrianised and has been designed to host an outdoor market and community events. All of the apartments will be made available as cost rental and social homes, with the first units due to be delivered in early 2027.
