I can guarantee you that nearly everyone has made a career mistake at some point. Whether it’s closing a business to start a new one, leaving a stable job for a temporary opportunity, or transitioning into a new role that didn’t pan out as expected, career changes happen every day.
However, managing these changes often determines whether you rise or fall.
The Story
Not too long ago, I reconnected with a former college mate. After graduation, he secured a stable job at a public institution and worked for six years.
Then, an opportunity with an international company presented itself. The role came with promises of great pay, professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
