A Career Guide and Workbook for HR

For the past year, I've been crafting my third solo book, intending to offer valuable insights and guidance to HR professionals at every stage of their careers. This book, Career Circle, was born from a desire to assist HR professionals in navigating their career journeys, from securing their first HR position to establishing their own HR enterprises.

Career Circle serves as a comprehensive guide, providing a well-defined career strategy tailored for the field of Human Resources. It addresses common uncertainties professionals face regarding their future career paths. The guide is structured around four key areas: Search, Integration, Advancement, and Independence, encompassing everything from obtaining the first HR job to entrepreneurial endeavors. By emphasizing the significance of both HR expertise and business acumen, this guide aims to ensure the continued relevance of HR professionals in the evolving landscape of work.

Recognizing that a book alone might not suffice, I also developed the Career Circle Workbook. This companion workbook allows readers to engage actively with the material, providing them with the tools to navigate each section and effectively build their HR careers.

Both "Career Circle: Ideas to Design Your HR Career" and "Career Circle Workbook: Design Your HR Career" will be available on Amazon starting Friday, April 26th. The book will be offered in eBook and paperback formats, while the workbook will be available in paperback format.
