When I was a fresher, every company wanted 4-5 years of experience. Fast forward to 4-5 years in, and suddenly they needed 10! Now, with a decade under my belt, I'm seeing job listings asking for 15-20 years.
At this rate, by the time I hit 15 years of experience, I fully expect them to be asking for 25+!
But hey, it’s all part of the journey, right? Experience is important, sure, but so are the skills, passion, and the ability to keep learning. So here’s to every stage of the career ride – because we’re all more than just the years on our resumes.
