The conference recognizes the most innovative professionals in the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields for their career accomplishments despite the traditional obstacles faced by women in these fields.

The event ensures that the achievements and importance of outstanding women of color in technical fields are highly visible to industry, government, and students.

The Women of Color STEM Awards recognize some of the most promising and influential women business and community leaders in the U.S. The 2023 winners will join a long list of accomplished women leaders who have received this prestigious recognition and serve as role models highlighting the exciting career opportunities for women in scientific and technical fields.
