Career changes are difficult.
Changing jobs is difficult. Meeting new people, adjusting to a new workplace, management, or possibly working schedule is a huge shift not only for your professional life but also for your personal life.
I encounter a lot of people who are about to change professions as a recruiter.?
I'd never considered my job in this light before, but it's such an honor to be a part of so many people's lives changing. The interview process might look like a journey and I'm there all along for each of my candidates: from the first call to the moment they sign the contract.
Being a recruiter entails a significant amount of responsibility. I work with people and, above all, for them so, dear colleagues, let me give you a piece of advice: always put passion into your work, after all, we are the ones guiding the journey, and?changing jobs is difficult.?Be there your candidates, they need that.
Now a big round of applause for all the recruiters out there!
Kind regards,
