As a career strategist and a certified personal trainer - I bring both sides of the coin together to help you be at your best performance!

In today's fast-paced world, finding the right balance between career and personal life can be a challenge. Many people focus solely on their careers, neglecting their physical health and wellbeing. However, research has shown that physical fitness is crucial for career success.

When you take care of your physical wellbeing, you improve your mental and emotional health, increase your energy levels, and reduce stress. These benefits directly translate into the workplace, where you can perform better, make better decisions, and handle challenges more effectively. Physical fitness also helps you to build resilience and adaptability, which are essential qualities for success in today's constantly changing business landscape.

I am excited to introduce to you a 4-week career growth program designed to help you achieve success both in your career and physical wellbeing.

My program combines career coaching with physical fitness, helping you to achieve your career goals while also improving your overall health and wellbeing. I believe that when you take care of your body, you are better equipped to handle the demands of your career, making you more effective, efficient, and productive. Over the course of four weeks, I will work with you to identify your career goals, create a plan to achieve them, and support you in making progress towards your goals.

Additionally, the fitness component will provide you with the tools, resources, and support you need to improve your physical health and wellbeing. I will work with you to create personalized fitness plans, help you to build healthy habits, and provide you with the motivation and accountability you need to stay on track.

Here is how it works:

  • What: we will focus on career growth and progress. If you are in the place in your career where you hit a plateau or not sure what might be next for you on the career ladder, this is a program for you. Parallel, we will focus on your fitness goals and overall wellbeing throughout the program - to help you build and maintain healthy habits that will aid in your career growth.
  • How: We will have weekly group sessions, followed by action items for each person - this small cohort setup will allow you to bounce ideas off other participants, create a community of people with the same goals and have a support network throughout this journey.
  • Where: Session will take place online via Zoom. After each session, there will be a workbook or assignment that you need to work on to make progress.
  • Custom: Each week, you will have an individual 30 mins session with me to discuss specific goals for your career and fitness journey.
  • Date: Program starts on the 1st of every month - next one is June 1, 2023.
  • Cohort: I am only taking 5 people max for this program to allow for individualized approach.
