As the Career Age Progresses

The day when we open our eyes in this dynamic yet conservative society… we started to learn how to act and pretend to be superficial. Occasionally, as a kid we get influenced with the glittery and malicious behavior of someone nearby. Not knowing whether it could be a good tendency to adopt such things or not. But such things always remain in our sub conscious mind. As we grow old, we struggle to live up to society’s expectation to work and “BE SOMETHING”.

In the first 1-2 years of our career we adopt a character of hard worker and aspire to work on an honest ground. But somewhere down the line our subconscious mind reminds us about certain malice but easy way to accomplish our aspiration. So we tend to use EASY SHORT CUTS.

My argument here is not on the ground of being unfair on the part of people who aspire for fame ON the dreams and aspiration of others. In today’s society a self interest is not bad but taking care of a sapling grown under the bushes of betrayal is completely not acceptable.

But this is what we actually do whenever any threat comes between our aspiration and our honest behavior. We tend to incline towards being a deceiver. Everything remains the same.. it’s just that our deceive or lazy nature overshadows our honest and hardworking attitude.

We never want to compromise on what we want in life then why do we compromise on the METHOD to achieve our dreams.

As the career age passes we pretend to be a juvenile but our mind works like a giant sinful machine. We conspire to achieve our goals but at the end we find our self in a middle of nowhere.

A time comes when our attitude towards everyone changes. We feel that people are there with you just because of their own self-interest. Most of them are plotting against you and you are left with no person to rely upon. That time you feel the importance of honesty and you strive to win at least one faithful friend. BUT IT’S TOO LATE.. YOU ARE ALONE. You might have many contact numbers but you can’t dial even one with whom you can speak your heart out.

Your main aspiration towards your dream fades out. And your concentration is more upon winning faithful friends and razing down evil intentions of others. This is the second last stage of your career age. At this age you have lost honest companions and excitement to achieve your dreams.

But if we have put all our efforts towards are end goal then at this stage we might have achieved what we have inspired for since long. Betrayal and evil intentions are easily adopted but its price can be our goals.

Have we followed same honest spirit and strive to work hard towards our goals then we might have overcome any challenges in life. Honesty has its own strength and we must possess till eternity.
