CARE Program & Affordable Therapy

It is highly encouraging to hear Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong on Wednesday (Feb 7) speak of the government making "significant moves" to improve Singaporeans' mental health and well-being.?

The calls for increasing access to mental health support by, increasing the number of psychologists and psychiatrists employed in local services over the course of the next six years and introducing mental health services across polyclinics and GP clinics.

At Us, we are very supportive of this initiative as we ourselves work hard to increase access to mental health support in the community and reduce barriers to seeking help.

We do this by campaigning to reduce stigma through our mental health awareness campaigns and through offering low cost (but high quality) mental health support through our CARE program.

Aligned with the government's commitment, we currently offer access to mental health support at similar prices to Family Service Centres. All our clinicians who are offering low cost therapy are supervised by clinical psychologists and are enrolled in our CARE program. This is to ensure we don’t sacrifice on quality.?
