Cardone Capital makes history: achieves the largest ‘Regulation A’ crowdfunding ever accomplished using social media.
Real estate investment firm Cardone Capital and Grant Cardone are proud to announce Cardone Equity Fund V, is oversubscribed and the first Regulation A of its kind to raise $50 million in crowdfunding using social media.
Grant Cardone and Cardone Capital have submitted to the Guinness World Records for validation and recognition of this unique achievement.

Real estate developers and operators typically depend on financial institutions and family funds to do deals.
“Mr. Cardone prefers to provide his followers with partnership opportunities. We have seven previous funds oversubscribed by accredited investors and he wanted to make this same opportunity available to the non-accredited investors,” says Ryan Tseko, who works side by side Cardone from their offices in Miami.
The group created two funds that operated side by side: Cardone equity Fund IV ($125 million) and Cardone Equity Fund V ($50 million) for non-accredited investors. This is how the funds work: Cardone uses his money to purchase the properties and gets the property cash flow positive and stable, at which point he announces on social media that the funds are available to the public.
Cardone insists on a few requirements from his investors:
“First of all, you must love the idea of investing in real estate. Secondly, I insist that you do your own research. Last but not least, you must have a good attitude.”
Cardone has been known for not accepting everyone’s money, even giving back a check for $20 million to one individual for having a bad attitude.
And it seems to be working. The group has offered five previous funds and all were oversubscribed. The two current funds running side by side (Reg. D and Reg. A) are backed by five different properties equaling 2,014 units with a current portfolio value of $473,800,000
Cardone has been buying real estate across the USA for over thirty years and the group's entire portfolio today consists of 6,537 multifamily units with $1.36 billion AUM.
Cardone Capital’s crowdfunding opportunities are quite different from those offered by his competitors, for the following reasons:
· Investors are actual partners in the property and investments are backed by the property.
· All investment properties are very specific, focused on cash flow producing multi-family units.
· Distributions are made monthly not quarterly – a requirement insisted on by Mr. Cardone.
