Cardio VS Weights??
This is quite possibly the second worst question and theoretical battle ever waged in the quest for better health. The real question isn't which is better, the real question is why aren't you doing both. Strength without stamina is only good for a single big task. Stamina without strength is only good for many little tasks. Strength with Stamina is good for any and every task. Don't let illness and disease trick you into battling yourself when you should be battling them with everything you've got.
