Carbon black N234?

Carbon black N234?recommended to be used in the surface material of high speed tires, and rubber products of high quality .

Besides that?carbon black N234?shows well wear resistance under strong pressure. Although is good process ability, and glossy and flat surface after crushed, which fits for all high hysteresis rubber, while?N234 could easily get heated, and high hysteresis loss.

Differences of N234 and N220?

The rubber filled with grade of N234 provides?much better wear resistance intensity than filled with grade N220 and N330.

Advantage of 234 grade

N234 is about 10% wear resistance intensity higher than N220, especially shows well wear resistance under strong pressure. N234 is good process ability, glossy and flat surface after crushed, which fits for all kinds of rubbers, while it could easily get heated, and high hysteresis loss.

Mainly?carbon black N234?is used For the rubber products required for high strength and wear resistance.

Recommended also to be used in the?tread rubber?of tires for heavy lorries and also ordinary car .and Industrial rubber and conveyor belt. Also It’s applicable for wires and cables.
