1.The optical fiber cutter blade quality requirements:

3.The ways of change?optical fiber cutter blades:

A.Tilt the cutting knife 45 degrees as a whole, and loosen the screw that fixes the blade on the surface of the knife holder. (Some cutting knives need to remove the screws fixed in the middle)

B.Tilt the blade, take out the blade, and put the new blade into the blade position. (When installing the blade, be careful not to touch the blade, install a new blade, try to make the cutting position correspond to the "1" point of the blade, so that each cutting point of the blade can be used in sequence). Install the fixing screws.

4.They ways of change?the blade’s edge?position:

When the cutting effect becomes worse, the position of the blade must be changed, that is, the blade must be rotated to another effective position of the blade.

A.Tilt the cutting knife 45 degrees as a whole, and loosen the screws fixed on the knife holder

B.Rotate the knife according to the actual operation of the cutting knife (different types of cutting knives, the way to adjust the blade is also different), let the blade rotate to the effective position of 1~12 or 1~16

C.Press the blade lightly with your fingers, and tighten the screws on the blade holder. The lock must be confirmed.

5.Optical fiber cuter blade height adjustment:

If you cannot cut normally after replacing the blade, you need to adjust the height of the blade.

A.Push the knife holder to the position where the cutting is completed, and loosen the lock nut of the blade with a spare wrench;

B.Use the screw to adjust the adjusting screw in the middle of the rotating blade. During the adjustment process, turn the adjusting screw immediately so that the blade can just cut the optical fiber. The specific height is more difficult to describe, so you can try several times during the adjustment process.

6.Notes for optical fiber blade replacement:

A.Pay attention to protect the blade?edge during using?and cleaning, and do not touch the blade with hard objects.

B.The blade is sharp, do not touch it with your hands, please handle it gently, and pay attention to protection.

C.For daily cleaning, please use a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of absolute alcohol to wipe the blade.

D.The old blade is constantly worn during using, and the blade height should be adjusted many time to avoid abnormal cutting angle caused by the height.

7.Several common problems during?cutting:?

A. The optical fiber is not placed straight on the cutting blade, please place the optical fiber straight

B. The blade position is too high, please adjust the blade height

C. Foreign matter remains on the fiber holding clamp, please clean the fiber clamp

D. There is dust or foreign matter on the blade, please clean the blade

E. If there is dust or foreign matter on the optical fiber, please remove the covering layer again and clean the bare optical fiber.
