The company is a "national high-tech enterprise" established in 1998, specializing in the design, development, production and sales of automotive shock absorbers and electronically controlled suspensions. The total assets of the company are 580 million yuan, the existing plant covers an area of more than 480 acres, with a construction area of more than 230,000 square meters and more than 1,980 employees.
The products cover more than 2,000 car series and more than 20,000 models from more than 150 countries and regions, such as Europe, America, Japan, Korea and domestic cars. They have developed high-end products such as composite airbag suspension, magneto-rheological, and single cylinder, and mass production.
They have more than 30 national patents, of which 22 patented technologies have been registered through provincial science and technology achievements. The company also carries out long-term technical research with Tsinghua, Zhejiang University and other domestic famous universities and institutes, and has built an academician workstation with Belarusian State University, which has laid the foundation for the company's technological development. The company has built a provincial-level damper research institute and CANS certified laboratory, with a total of more than 100 sets of various types of R & D and testing equipment / sets, providing customers with a full range of protection.
The company has passed AITF16949 system certification, 18001 occupational health system certification, 14001 environmental system certification, the integration of two and intellectual property rights and SGS certification in the United States. We have introduced modern management modes such as lean production, performance excellence and amoeba management to further improve the overall management level of the company.
该公司成立于1998年，专业从事汽车减震器及电控悬架的设计、研发、生产及销售的“国家高新技术企业”。公司总资产5.8亿元，现有厂房占地面积480余亩，建筑面积23万多平方米，员工1980多名。
产品覆盖欧、美、日、韩、国产车等150多个国家和地区的2000多种车系，20000多个型号 。开发了复合气囊悬架、磁流变、单筒等高端产品，并进行了量产。
拥有国家专利30余项，其中22项专利技术通过省级科技成果登记。公司还与清华、浙江大等国内知名高校院所长期开展技术攻关，并与白俄罗斯国立大学共建了院士工作站, 为公司的技术发展奠定了基础。公司建有省级减振器研究院和CANS认证实验室，拥共各类研发及检测设备100余台/套，为客户提供了全方位的保障。
公司通过了AITF16949体系认证、18001职业健康体系认证、14001环境体系认证、两化融合及知识产权贯标及美国SGS认证。导入精益生产、卓越绩效及阿米巴管理等现代管理模式，进一步提升了公司整体管理水平。
