Will the Car Chargers be Properly Planned?

If the Government is installing electrical vehicle chargers these will occupy car park spaces and will create a problem even for the electric cars themselves.?Further will there be fed off the existing Enemalta Supply overhead lines adding to the mess we already have? This should be an opportunity to organise and rationalise and make one single location for a power panel and communication services panels, possibly a street light and an electric charger all fed and feeding from under pavement cables. One open covered trench in the pavement can serve for power, communication, water, and sewage pipework, and removing the overhead line mess in our roads while avoiding street trenching when new power supplies are required by only opening pavements and leaving these covered during the works by temporary walk on covers.?This is definitely not rocket science!
