?? Sales Workspace ??
Issue: Sales teams had to navigate multiple tools and tabs, making it difficult to manage tasks, pipelines, and communication in one place. Not all users had access to the Sales Workspace.
Solution: A single, dedicated space for all users to access or view sales activities ensures better organization and cross-visibility.
Status: Now available to all users.
?? Help Desk Board Layout ??
Issue: Without a clear, board-style overview, the previous Help Desk layout made it difficult to track customer tickets in a visual manner.
Solution: The new board layout, with drag-and-drop functionality, allows users to more easily managed tickets, track progress and identify bottlenecks.
Status: Public Beta for Service Pro & Enterprise.
?? Contact Lifecycle Reporting??
Issue: Users struggled to understand how campaigns nurtured contacts through the lifecycle stages. Attribution of campaigns to lifecycle changes required piecing together data manually.
Solution: Access to lifecycle reporting empowers marketers to identify which campaigns drive progress at specific stages. This permits more finely-tuned decisions about budget allocation.
Status: Now available for Marketing Hub Pro & Enterprise users.
