This month, we are shining a spotlight on digital marketing as we enter Q2 of what has been a busy 2024 so far.

A lot of people have asked me recently; 'How has AI affected your business?' And my answer is, not at all. I believe in the power of the human mind, intuition and experience when it comes to marketing, especially in the digital ecosphere. Of course, there are tools we use that help us manage tasks, communicate and work smarter. But when it comes to managing campaigns, digital channels and particularly social media, where I can spot without hesitation something that has been AI generated and something created by a human - there is a difference in nuance that is clearly evident to me.

During a recent client meeting, I was proud to state that our digital campaigns are physically managed and not just switched on, leaving the channel platform to manage it - the smarter agencies use both head and software to get the best value and performance from campaigns.
