Amper/Greenman sell a 24,598 SF industrial building for $1.6M

Neil Amper, SIOR and Chris Greenman have sold a 24,598 square foot building on 2.03 acres located at 135 Compass Circle, North Kingstown, RI in Quonset Business Park to NMLM Realty. The buyers are the owners of Pranzi Catering and Events, a full-service catering company that services customers throughout New England. They own other facilities, and this represents a significant expansion of their business. The sellers are Johnson Brothers of Rhode Island, Inc. Johnson Brothers is headquartered St. Paul Minnesota. Founded in 1953, Johnson Brothers is family-owned and one of the country’s leading wine, spirits, and beer distributors, providing world-class service to customers and now operating in 21 states with 3,200 team members. The building was originally only for lease, but the seller and the buyer were able to reach acceptable terms for a sale. Capstone was the listing agency and procured the buyer.
