We are pleased to announce that we have launched a podcast called, 'Capitaliz Insights'.

This is hosted by the founder of Succession Plus and Capitaliz, Craig West. In our first episode, Craig explains his journey from accounting to exit and succession planning, the key clients that inspired him to start Succession Plus, and how the business grew to where it is today, including the launch of Capitaliz.

Zach Broyles

Senior Customer Relationships Associate

We are glad to welcome Zach Broyles to the team here at Capitaliz!

Zach has recently joined the team in Denver as Senior Customer Relationships Associate, working alongside our North American team to deliver outstanding service and support to our growing network of North American CAAs.

He has over twenty years of business experience, including leadership roles at various startups, the founding of a tax credit advisory, and work at BNY Mellon Wealth Management. He is also completing his MBA this fall and has a wealth of experience in financial analysis, sales, strategic development, and customer relations. Zach has hit the ground running and is already making a positive impact on the team at Capitaliz.

We are thrilled to have him on board and looking forward to a successful year ahead!?

VPI Reports for September 2022 Q3

According to our latest quarterly?Value Potential Index reports, the global value of privately owned businesses is more than $50 trillion. In the United States alone, these businesses are worth $24.28 trillion. As discussed previously and in many of our articles, the wealth represented by these businesses (many owned by baby boomers) is the most significant transfer of wealth in history. Whilst the value of these businesses fluctuates with capital markets and economic factors, as well as the availability of capital and interest rates, the value is substantial, and assisting business owners to maximize the value of these assets and successfully exit is a massive undertaking over the next 10 years. Many of these business owners have delayed retirement. Some simply weren’t ready to retire, others were delayed as a result of COVID-19, etc. The reality is they all will exit, and many within the next 5 to 10 years time.

Capitaliz User Forum Q&A with Founder and CEO

This month we are proud to have established our first Capitaliz Users Forum in North America. We have created a monthly space for all our advisors to get together with founder Craig West and CEO Nic Foster to collaborate and knowledge share. The meetings are an opportunity for existing advisors to continue to network and for new advisors to be welcomed into the fold.

The forum discusses upcoming features and upgrades to the platform, highlights any key advisor successes from the previous month, and gives space to explore opportunities for future improvements. It is also a place for advisors to receive any additional support and share strategy around how they are using the platform and where they’ve been able to deliver value to clients.

The first meeting was a great success, setting a really positive tone for the year ahead, with great discussion around how Capitaliz can help advisors:

• Acquire new business;
• Improve efficiency; and
• Deliver amazing outcomes for clients.?

We are looking forward to continually building rapport among our advisors and creating a strong network of support, collaboration, and success!
