Capital One discloses CFPB investigation tied to savings account lawsuit

The lawsuit was filed last year by depositors who said Capital One shortchanged them by not offering the same interest rate on one high-interest savings account as it did on another. Now the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is looking into the matter. Read more
