You will be joining large business area working for our largest UK public sector client with inspiring experts from which you can learn from and enjoy the career opportunities this brings, as well as joining a large community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business

You will be working towards a full-time job and studying towards a degree apprenticeship with Sheffield Hallam University on our flagship BSC (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions. It’s a 3 year course in which you will have an initial 12 week bootcamp on campus at Sheffield Hallam university, then study part time using blended approach to learning of on campus days and online learning, whilst doing your full-time role. You will learn many industry standard technologies and cover modules such as Programming fundamentals, systems analysis and design, database administration and Software engineering concepts. The degree includes a final stage project in conjunction with Capgemini’s business.

You will be part of the team that delivers and transforms our client’s existing technology services and creates brand new services. You will want to put the client experience first.

With a mix of new technologies and legacy technologies, you’re learning curve will be significant.

The role you’ll play in delivering new solutions to our client, makes this a unique and exciting opportunity, you’ll be understanding the complexities of how our services are designed, then migrating onto developing those systems using our DevOps approach.

You will gain experience across all systems as well as the full software development lifecycle. There are many technical challenges from a live support perspective and interesting projects to get involved with including design and development of new features and enhancements.
