The Cape Verde Minister of Education assures that all school textbooks will be available by 2026.
The Minister of Education, Amadeu Cruz, guaranteed this Tuesday, in Porto Novo, that by 2026 “the global cycle” in terms of the preparation of school manuals from the first to the twelfth year of schooling will be completed.
According to Inforpress, Amadeu Cruz, who began a four-day working visit to Santo Ant?o, reported that the tenth-year textbooks are now being made available and that, next September, those for the eleventh year will be available.
The twelfth-year textbooks will be ready in 2026, “completing the global cycle, from the first to the twelfth year of schooling, with teaching materials to support the curricular reform”, assured the minister.
The Minister of Education is on a four-day visit to Santo Ant?o, with the aim of strengthening dialogue with employees, teachers, students, parents and guardians, in addition to contacts with municipal authorities.
