JOB OVERVIEW

To support and assist sales specialist allocated within the Surgical Division to maintain, improve, and support market penetration and maintenance of Imaging Technology

This company offers a wide variety of technologies that advance visualization during surgical endoscopic procedures, utilizing HD, 3D or 4K video technology platforms.

To assist in developing and improving customer relationships offering technical solutions which will include product demonstrations, installations, training, user, and support staff training on relevant equipment. This is to be followed by continued after sales service and support. Deliver an excellent quality service providing market leading products with a profitable revenue outcome.

JOB OBJECTIVE

? Works closely with allocated sales specialist to define customer requirements.

? Follow up on sales leads.

? Work with internal teams to request quotations.

? Book demonstration of equipment

? Ensure invoicing and delivery is commissioned as per SOP.

? Assist in consignment account management and control.

? Understanding of customer requirements

? Manage demonstration bookings and equipment allocation.

? Develop positive relationship with end users and customers building firm foundation for ongoing business to increase market share.

? Offer professional and technical advice to solve customer equipment requirements and offer solutions promoting Olympus brand.

? Provide in-service training creating lasting and correct usage of the equipment.

? Weekly follow up with customers

? Uphold and adhere to Compliance with SOP procedures

? Weekly meetings, submitting of weekly and monthly reports.

REQUIREMENTS

Medical surgical / device / equipment sales background (min 1 year preferred, max 3 years) (open to graduates with the life science, human movement bachelors)

Matric / National Snr Certificate

Own car, drivers license

Tertiary / Bachelors in the life science field / human movement field / anatomy or physiology field (preferred, not essential) (tertiary preferred, not essential)

Good Microsoft skills
