Vantage Data Centers to build 16MW data centre in Taipei

Vantage Data Centers has announced a new data centre project in Taipei, Taiwan. The new campus, known as TPE1, will be a 16MW, 215,000 square foot data centre site, due to go live in mid-2024.

Vast Data closes funding round in wake of AWS upgrade

Vast Data, an AI data platform company, announced today that it has secured $118 million in Series E funding. The funding was led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and accompanied by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), BOND Capital and Drive Capital.

Ooredoo, Zain, TASC form $2.2bn tower firm

Ooredoo, Zain and TASC Towers have signed a US$2.2 billion agreement to create the largest tower company in the MENA region. The tower company, comprising of around 30,000 tower assets in Qatar, Kuwait, Algeria, Tunisia, Iraq and Jordan is expected to achieve run-rate revenues of close to $500 million annually, with EBITDAaL of more than $200 million annually.



Ruth Kennedy named CEO of TalkTalk Business

Ruth Kennedy has been announced as the new CEO of TalkTalk Business. Kennedy joined the company as managing director in March, having held a number of senior roles across sales, commercial and operations in TalkTalk’s Wholesale and Group Business Units since 2011.
