Can’t Find a Story Point In Your Issue In JIRA – Follow the Steps To Get It

The Issue that you have created is a Task.

Here are the steps to change a Task into a Story.

Click on the Blue Check Mark icon

Change to Story

From Task Drop down select and change it to Story

And select Next

Now Story Point appears

Enter appropriate amount and select Next

Click Move

Now the Blue Check box icon turned into a Green Check box icon
